SHIPPING COSTS

United Kingdom: Free standard shipping on all orders
No Hidden Fees: All costs are clearly stated at checkout. No surprises.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
Last Order Time: Orders placed before 22:00 GMT will be processed the same business day
Weekend Orders: Orders placed during the weekend are processed on the next business day

TRANSIT TIME

Estimated Delivery: 5–7 business days
Shipping Days: Monday to Friday
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors (e.g., weather, carrier delays)

MISSING ITEMS PROCEDURE

Report Missing Items: Email info@maisonchic.co.uk within 7 days of delivery if something is missing
Resolution: We will investigate and either replace the item or issue a refund promptly

RETURN POLICY

Return Window: Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
Conditions: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Personalized items are non-returnable
Return Shipping:
- If the item is defective or incorrect, Maison Chic covers the return cost
- If due to customer remorse (e.g., wrong size, changed mind), the customer covers the return shipping
Refunds:
- Processed within 14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item
- Refunded to the original payment method

RESTOCKING FEE

None. Maison Chic does not charge restocking fees.

RETURN DELIVERY COSTS

Customer Remorse: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
